I have tried many menstrual cups and this has been my favourite. I opted with size 2 as I do have 2 children and I am over 30. The material is perfectly firm but soft at the same time, other cups have been too soft and leaked and became hard to secure. When inserted correctly there is no leaks and I love that I can wear it all day or all night. One big issue I have found on removal there needs to be ripples on the tab at the bottom so you can pull it down as at the moment my fingers keep slipping it off and makes it hard to pull down to remove.

Size 2 was soft, love the ridges to make grip easier. Comfortable to wear but softness made it a bit harder to insert and pop into place unlike Lunette cup but eventually once in it holds higher capacity & can be worn all day with minimal leaks (minor leaks on my heavy days). Surprisingly easy to clean w ability to turn inside out for proper clean in shower. Just wish it was firmer to hold shape for easy of insertion & pop open into place! It takes a couple of retries despite using cups for a few years. Weighing up extra time of insertion Vs whole day comfort and less pressure on peeing makes it worth a try! Plus its available in supermarkets on sale! Love the cup carrier/steriliser!

I've only used 2 different cups, but by far this one is superior. It's relatively flexible so it doesn't hurt to insert or take out like the other one did! Haven't had any issues with leaking or anything since I've switched to this one! Genuinely love it
Fantastic! Can’t believe I’ve found my best cup!

I’ve been a menstrual cup user now for 3 years. My previous menstrual cups always had a bit of leakage on my heavier days, which I thought was just how it was always gonna be with menstrual cups, so I would always have to wear period pants. I was a bit apprehensive to buy this cup as it had some negative reviews. I think it’s fab! The first thing I like about this cup is that it’s very firm, so for a gym girlie like me it doesn’t crush whilst wearing during exercise. Super easy to pull in and out cos of the grooves but still has a very good seal. I also have a low cervix, and this didn’t go past it either. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I feel like I can now wear this confidently at the beach without having to worry about wearing my period swim wear two days in a row.

Reusable Menstrual Cup & Microwave Steriliser

WHERE ARE YOUR MENSTRUAL CUPS MANUFACTURED?

Our menstrual cups are manufactured here in Australia with 100% Medical Grade silicone

First, rinse your cup thoroughly with a fragrance-free, oil-free mild soap under running water paying special attention to cleaning out the small holes around the rim. Then, sterilise your here in the microwave (1000W) for 60 seconds using our TOM Organic steriliser. Or, by placing the cup in boiling water on the stove for 4-5 minutes (don’t let it touch the bottom). For more detailed instructions, please read the information booklet supplied with your cup.

Our microwave period cup sterilisers have been independently tested to ensure they meet health and safety standards and kill 99.9% of bacteria commonly found on a menstrual cup.

You can use any fragrance-free, oil-free mild soap.

A period cup is a small flexible cup worn internally during your period to collect menstrual fluid. Unlike pads or tampons, it doesn’t absorb anything, it simply sits in place until you’re ready to empty it. Many people move towards a reusable period cup because it feels simpler over time and cuts back on single-use products each month.

It’s really important that silicone is stored in a breathable environment, so we suggest you store your menstrual cup in the cotton bag provided in between cycles. The steriliser case should only be used for sterilising and for carrying your cup for less than 12 hours.

No, it is not recommended to have sex with a cup in. A menstrual cup is not a contraceptive device and will not protect against pregnancy or STIs. If you are looking to explore having sex whilst on your period read our guide to period sex.

Yes, you can do almost anything with your cup inserted, like you would a tampon as long as you have a secure seal.

The length of your cervix can change over the course of your cycle, if you find on some days that the cup is sitting “low” or popping out, a pad or tampon may be a better fit for the days that your cervix is sitting lower.

If you are regularly washing your cup between each use, staining should be limited. We do not advise bleaching or cleaning your cup with anything other than warm soapy water as harsh chemicals can both deteriorate the silicon and be harmful to your body. If your cup is stained, it’s just part of your period and something we think you should own and be proud of!

Get comfortable, take a deep breath, go for a walk and try again in 10-30 minutes. Then try again, squeezing down on the sides of your cup. The more relaxed you are the easier the cup will be for removal so please remain calm and relax your body to generate the removal of the cup.

If you are unable to do so we would be happy to support you over the phone (during Melbourne office hours on +61 3 8595 4390), however, we also encourage you to visit your local GP or hospital department for support in removal.
