RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, however due to the nature of the products and the TGA standards by which they are governed we cannot accept returns or exchanges, nor refunds due to change of mind or selection error.
We will accept returns only if the two below conditions are met and can be proven:
- Goods were purchased from The TOM Co website
- If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t do what they are supposed to do
If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value).
You must notify The TOM Co of your reason and intention for wanting to return product(s) within a reasonable timeframe, this notification should contain the following information: customer name, date of purchase, the order number, batch number of product if faulty, items being returned and the reason for the return.
Whilst the TOM Co takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by the TOM Co that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
The TOM Co reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of the TOM Co brands. The TOM Co will not be bound by incorrect information that appears on the Site or in any other document or information issued by TOM Organic or tooshies by TOM.
