We’d like to acquaint the TOM community a little better with our sister brand Tooshies by TOM, and in particular tell you a little more about our amazing wipes.
Arguably our hero product, best-seller and in Zoe Foster-Blake’s own words: “The scent of your wipes is so luscious, I’m sold for life. Also, the texture is great. Didn’t realise I’d care about texture. But do.” Whether you’re a mum or not, we’ve got a hunch you’ll want to stock up.
When Aimee became a mother to twins Poppy and Ivy two years ago, she realised there was nothing on the market in the baby aisle of the supermarket which was environmentally appealing so she decided to create what was missing herself. After all the average child uses over 7,000 nappies and more than 15,000 wipes in the first two years of life.
Tooshies by TOM was born out of a desire to bring a high performing range of eco baby care products to the mainstream. We’re on a mission to bring positive change to our world starting from the bottom up. For some it’s surprising to learn that parenthood is the number one turning point in your life when you commit to looking for healthier, organic and more sustainable product alternatives.
Babies’ skin is ten times thinner than adults, and as such is sensitive and prone to irritation. Our premium textured wipes give a pure clean from head to toe, on bottoms, faces and sticky little fingers.

Even those of us non-mums in the office find ourselves regularly finding a use for wipes as makeup remover, in the car, surfaces, computers, cleaning our hands, and the list goes on. They’re just a really handy product to have on you as you’ll be surprised the number of times you need to pull them out!
Creating planet-friendly, high performing products was only half the mission for us when we set out to create Tooshies by TOM. Knowing how many women throughout the world were subjected to less than satisfactory birthing conditions, we wanted to find a way in which the brand could support women in these situations. We have aligned with the Birthing Kit Foundation Australia and donate a percentage of sales for every pack of Tooshies nappies sold to help women in developing countries have a clean and safe childbirth.
We believe we have now successfully closed the loop on the lifecycle for women offering organic feminine hygiene, organic maternity products and now a sustainable baby range.
